Flat Earthers Proclaim That Gravity Doesn’t Exist

This Flat Earth Deception post features explanations from flat earthers about what is gravity?

Flat earthers proclaim that gravity doesn’t exist, and that it is made up.

Then they mock that gravity holds the oceans to the globe earth in the Southern Hemisphere, which is supposedly upside down according to them.

Obviously there is a force which draws objects downward, toward the Earth. Call it whatever you want. Say that it is based on density and buoyancy, but it is still a force that can explain why objects stay on the globe earth.

Below is a discussion on the Flat Earthers for Christ Facebook group, which show their ignorance, and outright mocking spirit, which isn’t very Christ-like.

Just in terms of it’s density alone – why should a more dense thing fall sideways or upwards?? It is DENSER not lighter – if it’s lighter then it makes sense that it will rise upwards. If it’s heavier then it makes sense that it will fall downwards. So the heaviest things always end up at the bottom of the reality and the lightest things at the top. That’s ok – what’s wrong with that? Creator God designed it that way. Rocks at the bottom, light gases at the top. Hell down below, Heaven above.

Gravity does not play any necessary part in any scientific formulas for rising and falling – bouyancy or density. Nothing.

EPIC FAIL! Pilot Tries To Debunk Flat Earth With Picture

This Flat Earth Deception post shows a picture that is supposedly from a pilot, that is supposed the show that the Earth is curved, but it turns out the horizon line is straight.

Let’s be clear. You can’t trust anyone, as people have an agenda. The guy narrating the video pretends to not believe in the flat earth, and adds mocking comments from his pilot friend.

His friend takes a picture, which is supposed to prove that the Earth is curved, but using Photoshop, you can see that the horizon line is basically straight.

To me, this just seems like a setup; to make it seem like pilots are covering over that the Earth is flat.

You can’t trust anything when it comes to pictures, YouTube videos, etc.

But we can use this picture to prove that the earth is curved, even though the picture is not wide enough to show the curve.

At 30,000 feet, you should be able to see much further on the flat earth.

Applying the earth curvature formula, at 30,000 feet you should be able to see 212 miles. And when you look at the still picture, that is about what you see.

But if you modify that formula by adding four zeroes onto the planet radius, creating a planet that is so big that the top is basically flat; at 30,000 feet (5.6 miles) in altitude, you should be able to see 21,210 miles.

But you don’t. You see about 212 miles, which the earth curvature formula calculated that you would see; proving that the Earth is curved!

Here are photos that have been posted by flat earthers, which supposedly show that the horizon line is flat; but when a line is applied in Photoshop, you see that it is curved.

Flatearthers posts pictures from airplanes which seem to have a straight horizon, but when you put a line across the photo, you can see the curvature. In this image you can see the line is level with the horizon at the airplane pillar, and that there is a gap on the left and right side.

This Flat Earth Deception post is about Shaq supposedly proclaiming that the Earth is flat.

Flat earthers are posting on Facebook that Shaq, Shaquille O’Neil, a former NBA star; is proclaiming that the Earth is flat.

Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving has proclaimed that the Earth is flat, and now Shaq has joined in. In an interview, Shaq said:

“It’s true. The Earth is flat. The Earth is flat. Yes, it is. Listen, there are three ways to manipulate the mind — what you read, what you see and what you hear. In school, first thing they teach us is, ‘Oh, Columbus discovered America,’ but when he got there, there were some fair-skinned people with the long hair smoking on the peace pipes. So, what does that tell you? Columbus didn’t discover America. So, listen, I drive from coast to coast, and this s*** is flat to me. I’m just saying. I drive from Florida to California all the time, and it’s flat to me. I do not go up and down at a 360-degree angle, and all that stuff about gravity, have you looked outside Atlanta lately and seen all these buildings? You mean to tell me that China is under us? China is under us? It’s not. The world is flat.”

Shaq is a Freemason, who does what his controllers tell him to do.

NASA Spherical And Flat-Earth Geopotential Modeling Document

This Flat Earth Deception post is about the NASA ‘A comparative study of spherical and flat-Earth geopotential modeling at satellite elevations document‘.

A previous post featured an image of a document called NASA Flat Non Rotating Earth Document.

I searched NASA’s website for “flat earth” and found this document called ‘A comparative study of spherical and flat-Earth geopotential modeling at satellite elevations’.

“At satellite elevations.” Hmmm, flat earthers don’t believe that satellites exist.

Here is a summary of the study:

Flat-Earth modeling is a desirable alternative to the complex spherical-Earth modeling process. These methods were compared using 2 1/2 dimensional flat-earth and spherical modeling to compute gravity and scalar magnetic anomalies along profiles perpendicular to the strike of variably dimensioned rectangular prisms at altitudes of 150, 300, and 450 km.

Comparison was achieved with percent error computations (spherical-flat/spherical) at critical anomaly points. At the peak gravity anomaly value, errors are less than + or – 5% for all prisms. At 1/2 and 1/10 of the peak, errors are generally less than 10% and 40% respectively, increasing to these values with longer and wider prisms at higher altitudes.

For magnetics, the errors at critical anomaly points are less than -10% for all prisms, attaining these magnitudes with longer and wider prisms at higher altitudes. In general, in both gravity and magnetic modeling, errors increase greatly for prisms wider than 500 km, although gravity modeling is more sensitive than magnetic modeling to spherical-Earth effects.

Preliminary modeling of both satellite gravity and magnetic anomalies using flat-Earth assumptions is justified considering the errors caused by uncertainties in isolating anomalies.

They are using flat earth modeling as an alternative to the complex spherical-Earth modeling process.

So they are not declaring that the earth is flat, they are just using modeling for a flat earth; as it is not as complex as globe-earth modeling.

NASA Flat Non Rotating Earth Document

This Flat Earth Deception post is about the NASA flat non rotating earth document.

Flat earthers understand that the government creates many conspiracies to deceive people, but somehow they believe documents like this from NASA which are about a flat non rotating Earth.

How is it that these conspiracy minded people don’t understand a government PSYOP can be used to create the appearance of a deception, in order to deceive and discredit people?

NASA has purposely created deceptions, whether it’s the lunar landings, the CGI photos, etc., so that flat earther don’t trust them.

Then they create documents like this one, to make it seem like proof that the Earth is flat, and flat earthers think that this product of NASA is legitimate.

But that is hypocritical, as they proclaim that we should not trust NASA about anything.

All NASA had to do was create a technical document with the key words of ‘flat non rotating earth’, to get people to think that it is proof of a flat earth.

NASA also wrote a document about ‘Designing for human presence in space: An introduction to environmental control and life support systems’; but flat earthers quickly dismiss that kind of document, along with almost every other document about space from NASA.

Flat Earth Theory Falls Flat Using Earth Horizon Formula

This Flat Earth Deception post shows that we can use the Earth Curve Formula to mimic a planet so large that it is essentially flat on top, to prove that the Earth is not flat.

Here is the Earth’s Curve Horizon, Bulge, Drop, and Hidden Calculator, which people use to try to prove that the earth isn’t curved.

This is the default setting of the globe earth with a radius of 3,959 miles, which shows that if your view height is 6 feet, then your horizon line is 3 miles away. And that’s pretty much what we see in real life.

Most photos from flat earthers are taken from an elevated position, which extends the horizon line; so just plug the estimated height of the elevated position into the Metabunk Earth’s Curve Formula, and you will see that the horizon line matches up; proving the curved Earth.

In the below calculation I used the Advanced option to add 7 zeroes after the planet radius, to mimic a planet that is so big that the flat top is bigger than the supposed flat earth.

And it shows that if your view height is 6 feet, your horizon line is 9,482 miles away.

Now of course your eyes can’t see that far, but a good telescope would be able to see across the flat plain to be able to see that far.

The point is that if the earth really were flat, then you would be able to see much, much further than 3 miles.

Californians should be able to see Hawaii with a telescope, or Mt. McKinley, which is 20,000 feet high. From atop of Pike Peaks, which is 14,000 feet high, I should be able to use a powerful telescope to see all of America.

But the reason that we can only see to the horizon line is because the earth is curved.

The Flat Earth Sun And Moon Don’t Work Properly In Real Life

This Flat Earth Deception post shows that the supposed flat earth map with the rotating sun and moon, does not work in the real world.

This graphic of the sun and moon rotating above the flat earth looks cool, but this is not what we see when you look at the sun and the moon.

Let’s look at the location of the moon at sunset to see the relationship.

During the new moon phase, the moon is close to the sun in the western sky at sunset, and we don’t see any light on the moon.

Each day the moon ends up 12.2 degrees further away from the sun.

7 days after the dark conjunction, we see the 1/2 moon directly overhead at sunset.

14 days later the full moon is across the sky from the sunset, 180 degrees away from it.

The flat earth model has no way to show how the sun and moon move so closely together during the dark conjunction phase.

If they are on the same circular path as shown in the flat earth image, they would run into each other.

If they are on separate paths, where is that explanation on this supposed flat earth map?

Speaking of, that map that is show is a north-polar azimuthal equidistant project of the globe earth!

Before computers, mapping out airplane flight routes was a challenge, as they had to use a globe, or images of the northern and southern hemispheres, like these.

To resolve this problem they created the azimuthal equidistant map, which allowed them to see all of the continents on one 2D map.

In order to do this, the bottom half of the globe earth had to be flared out into the outer circles. On the north-polar azimuthal projection map the northern hemisphere is shown in the inner circle, and the southern hemisphere is shown in the flared out circle that surrounds it.

The north-polar equidistant projectionmap is not a flat earth map!

These maps can be centered from anywhere. If you were planning flights from London, you would center it on London.

North-polar azimuthal projection maps were used during times of war, and the polar route is the shortest distance between countries.

Rendering a globe earth onto a 2D image always cause some distortion.

On the azimuthal projection map, the further away the land mass is from the center point, the greater the distortion. This is why Australia looks so wide, as it’s been stretched.

Since the continent of Antarctica is opposite of the North Pole on the globe earth, the only way to graphically represent it on the north-polar azimuthal projection map is by turning it inside out, and spreading it out as a white ring on the outside edge.

The South Pole is graphically represented by the outside line of the map.

You can see that the white ring has several bays that match up to the Ross Sea, which is close to New Zealand; and Weddell Sea, which is close to South America.

So the supposed flat earth map is really a globe map; and the sun and moon do not work properly on the flat earth model.

Flat Earth Moon Lighting Issues

This Flat Earth Deception post features another nonsensical flat earth meme about why the moon doesn’t have shading edges or a hot spot.

Flat earthers post these type of images on Facebook, making them seem like they prove something.

Obviously the spheres on the bottom are lit by a small, local light; which creates the shading and the light spot.

The moon is in the full moon phase, when the sun is opposite of the moon, so all of it is lit. But the small balls are lit from the top left, which causes the shadow.

A few days before the full moon, the moon would have a hidden portion, as it is located closer to the sun; which hides part of the illuminated side from earthly viewers.

The full moon is lit by a sun that is far away, which is why there is no light spot on it.
