It’s ironic that Nathan Roberts taught that the earth is flat at a church called Truth Community Church, because the flat-earth theory is false, a deception, which was created to hide the real truth.
The ‘firmament’ is simply the heavens, not a glass dome. Genesis 1:8 seems straight-forward, but somehow flat-earthers can’t comprehend the simple language, “And God called the firmament Heaven.”
Many verses proclaim that it was the heavens which were stretched out, not a glass dome. And the idea of a glass dome spanning that vast earth, is absurd!
