This Flat Earth Deception post features a meme which purports that the flat earth sun and moon are only 7 miles up in the sky.
Benjah Masters posted this image in the Flat Earthers in Christ Facebook group.
He commented with , “Average height of moon and sun is 7 to 7.5 miles above the Earth’s surface.”
Oh my! These pictures all prove that the Earth is a globe, as there is no way that the sun is below the plane.
Most flat earthers proclaim that the sun and moon rotate above the flat earth at about 3,000 miles high in altitude; but this one is proclaiming that they are only 7 – 7.5 miles up!
He bases that statement on the images which show that the sun is below the planes, which are flying at 37,000 – 39,000 feet.
The obvious answer is that the images were taken when the sun and moon were rising or setting, so that they are low in the horizon of the globe earth.
It amazes me that flat earthers can’t see the truth that is right before their eyes.
The sun can’t just be 7 miles up, as there is no way that it could illuminate the flat earth.
And if the flat earth sun is at 3,000 miles up, there is no way that it could appear below the level of these airplanes.
It’s not rocket science! These pictures prove that the earth is a globe!
